We brought Aspen home on 12/23/2011, and she was the BEST Christmas gift ever. She stole our hearts, many who knew her, but also to those that had the pleasure of meeting her in crossing during her many daily walks. She was not just a pet to us, she was our baby girl, our “SOUL DOG”. She was the most beautiful, kind, and loving dog, but also one of the sassiest, which we would never change about her. She made us laugh, she made us walk, but most of all, she loved us as much as we loved her.

Aspen’s favorite things were her multiple daily walks, going into the water, burying herself in the snow, bellyrubs, meeting new people, laying on her bed while watching people and animals outside, and the many treats she would get.

Aspen taught us to be patient, have compassion, but also love unconditionally. We will be forever grateful that she was apart of our world. We loved you your whole life. We’ll miss you for the rest of ours.
