About Buddy Hoffmann

Buddy Hoffmann

Buddy passed away on Sunday, January 31st at home surrounded by his family in front of the fireplace that he loved. Buddy joined our family when he was a little over a year old, when his owner was going to give him to the local shelter. Instead, we picked him up and he joined our family and our other cat Mickey. It was meant to be. Both cats were seal point Siamese and looked like they could have been litter mates. They lived happily together, in 3 different homes, with children and additional pets joining the family, until Mickey passed away at the age of 17. Buddy was 19 when he passed and enjoyed a long life of leisure, enjoying the outdoors, laying in his bed in the sun, and laying in front of the fireplace. He also loved to scoop his food out of his dish to eat off the ground, loved catnip, and enjoyed drinking water from the sink every morning. We will miss his talking as he roamed around the house and seeing him laying in front of the bay window, but we know he and Mickey are laying together somewhere in the sun!
