About Crosby
Passed on February 10, 2020
Our beloved Crosby passed away on his own February 10, 2020. After rescuing him from an awful situation, Ann and Mike vowed to give him a forever home and the best life possible. Every room in the house had a bed or soft place for him to nest and rest. He learned what grass felt like under his feet and would prance around the yard so happy. Banana, sweet potato, cheese and bread treats were his favorite. Before going blind, finding toys and lining them up as if he was taking inventory happened often. He never destroyed them, but chewing, chasing and finding the squeakers brought much satisfaction. He loved to play and chase the tennis ball and was a Master at “stair-ball” where he would catch it with his paws and then throw it back to you. When he was happy his tail and entire back end would wiggle to let you know. He was beautiful, gentle and such a sweet boy. He was family. Through the sadness and the heart break of having to say goodbye, we are thankful to God who blessed us with Crosby who gave us so much joy. Rest in Peace little one. We love you.
