About Dorothy Aldrich
Dorothy came into our lives in January. We already had a 3 year old lop rabbit Griffin but he was missing something; a friend. Dorothy was living with another foster but they knew she would do best with a rabbit friend. She was previously a classroom rabbit for several years, living in a small wire cage that she could not stand up in all the way.
Dorothy and Griffin became bonded mates within a week and we knew they were meant to be. We officially adopted Dorothy in March. She was the sweetest, softest, most gentle girl. She loved getting pets, snuggling with Griffin and eating veggies. She could be a timid girl, but she loved going to romp and spa and playing with other bunnies.
We lost Dorothy suddenly with no warning on September. I was completely heartbroken and even more so for her best friend Griffin. Even though she was with us for a short time, she was very loved unconditionally and was living her best life.
