About Frankie Beans Fischer
Passed on May 21, 2024
January 15th, 2023 to May 21st, 2024
Frankie was rescued in March of 2023 at the age of 8 weeks. He had a grade 6 heart murmur due to a patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), which essentially is a hole in his heart. Frankie had surgery at the University of Minnesota in April of 2023 to fix the defect, but unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful. His life expectancy was unknown.
Although Frankie had a defective heart, he was a wild, free, happy puppy. His favorite activities included ripping up stuffed animals, chewing bones, cuddling with his mom, and being his dad’s fishing buddy. He was able to enjoy his summer at the cabin going for boat rides and hanging by the bonfire. Frankie loved everybody he met. Although destructive, he was kind and gentle.
Frankie passed peacefully in his mom’s arms and by his dad’s side on Tuesday morning May 21st. May his heart finally rest in peace. He will be missed by many.
