Lightning LaBelle

Lightning, passed away quietly in my arms on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

Lightning was a scrawny stray kitten adopted from the human society 23 years ago. He enjoyed running like a bolt of lightning, eating salmon, spending time with his human family, and purring.

Lightning, thank you for keeping my lap and heart warm for 23 years. I could always count on your constant unconditional love, affection and purrs. It’s hard to imagine my daily routine without your consistent reminders of dinner time and general presence. You will be terribly missed and never forgotten by your human family; Sophia, Olivia, myself and your feline pals; Smokey, Leo, Pistachio, Blossom and Aspen.
