About Millie
Passed on March 12, 2017
Two and half years ago, a little black and white cat trotted up to me and Scott while we were outside, and adopted us, changing our lives forever. We respected her as a cat and gave her the best quality of life we possibly could, and for that she showed us her complete trust and companionship. For two and a half years Millie was by our side; communicating with us in her own unique way, bringing us presents on the front door step, always so gentle with her scalpel-fine claws as she perched on our shoulders. Unfortunately, we were unable to protect Millie from the unfair and consuming ravages of cancer. She was diagnosed with an aggressive osteosarcoma that originated from her spine. As the cancer quickly deteriorated our baby we made sure she was happy and comfortable. She ate plenty of her favorite tuna and salmon, freshly roasted chicken, and received plenty of affectionate cuddles, kisses, and belly rubs. Millie went to sleep Sunday, March 12 2017, and was cremated March 13 2017. Even though we are heartbroken and devastated she will live in our hearts forever. We love you little baby girl
