Testimonials

I can’t thank Pets Remembered enough for their genuine care and attention to detail, on one of the most difficult days of my life. They made an emotionally stressful time feel a little easier and I knew that my beloved dog was in good hands. The turn around time is super fast and I had my boy home within 24 hours. From the hand written note, to the forget me not seeds, the clay footprint, refrigerator magnet, hair clippings, donation in honor of my dog and the informational handout on grief & mourning… all these touches meant the world and truly helped me in the healing journey of saying goodbye.

This place is amazing! They truly care about the families and put their whole heart into it! I was in complete awe with all the items that came with my sweet girl when I picked her up! They are amazing with communication and I knew when my girl was back and I could get her! I will recommend them to anyone!

Just picked up my beloved cat Tickles ashes and I had to leave a review right away- I’m not the type to take time out to leave reviews but this situation called for it. What an absolute professional place and wonderful service they provide. I love the magnet of my cats paw print and the clay paw print. Also I’m so glad they included hair clippings. The Forget-me-Not flower seeds was such a nice touch. I’m going to plant them next to where I bury Tickle. Thank you Pets Remembered- Top Notch!

FAQs

The cremation of a pet is a traditional, respectful, clean, and rapid method of reducing your loved one’s remains. Your pet is gently laid to rest on a hearth in our hygienic crematory chamber and is then exposed to high temperatures that quickly reduce the matter into ashes. Such ashes are gathered with care and placed in a beautiful urn of your choice. You may also choose to scatter the ashes in your pet’s favorite spot, for example, or cherish them as a keepsake in your home.

Yes, you may bring your pet directly to us. Please call so that we are prepared for your arrival. You can also arrange for us to pick up your companion at your local veterinary hospital or home.

If your pet passed away at your veterinary clinic, you can instruct the hospital to use the services of Pets Remembered.

If your veterinary clinic is not currently a partner with us, please contact us directly at any time of day or night. We will discuss with you all possible aftercare options and will then take care of further arrangement details with your veterinarian for you.

If your veterinary clinic is one of our customers, there is no need to contact us. We are at each of our veterinary hospitals multiple times per week to make pick-ups. They will notify us about your pet and your final arrangement wishes. Additionally, you always have the option of bringing your pet directly to our center yourself.

If your pet has passed away at home, call us; we can arrange for a team member to come to your home to pick up your pet, or, if preferred, we can schedule you to come directly to our center.

We have a multi-point check process in place, verifying the pet at each stage from the point of pick up or drop off to the point of return. Each pet is assigned an identification tag that stays with the companion animal throughout the entire aftercare process.

The cost varies depending on the weight of your pet and the service you choose. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We do not provide this service, as only a professional veterinarian may euthanize a pet. We can, however, provide you with several referrals; we have reliable partners in many states that offer humane pet euthanasia after all other wellness options have been exhausted. Please always feel free to call us for any additional help.
